Now, about the role:

We're on the lookout for a rockstar Brand Visual Designer to join our marketing crew. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, working in an environment that thrives on innovation. As a Brand Visual Designer at Abridge, you'll be the visual maestro, crafting elements that establish a strong and unforgettable brand presence in the AI healthcare technology realm.

What you'll do:
  • Brand Identity: Keep our brand visually cohesive across the board, from logo design to color schemes, reflecting our values and mission.
  • Graphic Design: Whip up visually compelling designs for a range of marketing materials, from digital assets to print collateral, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines.
  • Marketing Collateral: Be the creative force behind brochures, infographics, social media graphics, and more, effectively communicating our benefits and values.
  • Web Design: Spruce up our website, making sure it's not just a pretty face but also effectively communicates our brand's message and engages users.
  • Creative Ideation: Team up with the marketing crew and external agencies, brainstorming innovative design ideas that support our campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay in the loop on healthcare tech trends to keep our design strategies top-notch.

Here's what you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience as a Brand Visual Designer, preferably within the healthcare industry targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • A knack for top-tier creative execution with a laser focus on the specific audience being targeted.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A killer portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including branding, marketing materials, and digital design.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with generative AI creative tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

$100,000 - $120,000 per year, with actual salaries dependent on various factors.
